Enterprise Architect

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing architectural vision and defining architectural principles
• Developing and maintaining the Target Application Landscape for the organization in both short and long-term perspectives
• Creating and updating the Technology Radar in the context of the company’s long-term goals
• Developing and approving Architecture Decision Records and Standards with architects
• Supporting the synchronization of architects’ work within the organization in Poland and internationally
• Collaborating with teams of architects, developers, and business representatives to design optimal IT solutions
• Coordinating activities with the international Group, including participation in meetings and workshops
• Creating and maintaining architectural documentation
• Monitoring and analyzing technological trends, proposing their application within the company
• Conducting activities aimed at optimizing IT processes and technologies
• Creating reports and reporting based on the organization’s application portfolio

• You have at least 7 years of experience as an IT Architect or in a similar role
• You have experience in creating and managing enterprise architecture
• You are familiar with tools and methodologies for managing architecture at both solution and organizational levels
• You have experience in developing long-term technology strategies
• You can make technological decisions, including selecting appropriate technologies for implementing solutions
• You can assess and decide which solutions align with the company’s principles and strategy
• You have experience in supporting the organization in synchronizing knowledge about system architecture
• You can analyze, identify, and solve problems related to creating and maintaining up-to-date enterprise architecture
• You have experience working with international teams
• You are fluent in English
• You are well-versed in Archimate, UML, and BPMN notations
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• You are interested in working under an employment contract

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of container technologies and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with architecture management tools (Sparx EA, ArchiMate)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, etc.)
• Experience in IT cost analysis and optimization
• Experience in regulatory projects
