Job Title: Enterprise Architect (Contract to Hire) 4 days a week on-site DFW area

Summary of Position:
As an Enterprise Architect in the banking sector, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our transformation agenda. You will collaborate with end-to-end agile platform teams, balancing customer, business, and technical outcomes. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our technical strategy, driving implementation, and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
Qualifications:

• 12+ years of hands-on .NET development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Proven experience with 5+ as an Enterprise Architect in the banking or financial services industry.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, cloud computing, API-centric platforms, and data analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in cultural transformation, change management, and innovation leadership.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
