Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Federal is seeking a candidate for an Enterprise Architect (EA) with experience architecting and delivering in large scale delivery in Azure and hybrid Cloud. The Enterprise Architect will work directly with the client providing strategic direction and oversight for Azure cloud platform engineering application infrastructure deployment security DevOps and operations. The EA will be able to demonstrate advanced solutioning within the Azure Cloud domain and be able to map business requirements to technical requirements develop platform architectures develop solutions that are validated with best practices and demonstrate DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) for managed infrastructure. The EA will be accountable for the overall technical solution technical viability/delivery architectural decisions and architecture framework /governance.
This role shall have a thorough understanding of hybrid cloud environments ranging from on-prem co-located to Azure cloud footprints. The EA will support the discovery and transition phases of a large-scale application migration ensuring architecture and network diagrams inventory of systems and their dependencies are mapped and accounted for in support of a successful migration. The EA will lead the effort in collecting and analyzing artifacts and build documentation/architectures representing the clients entire hybrid cloud footprint. The EA be able to lead the project team through discovery planning transition implementation and operations.

• 6+ Years experience Domain Solution and/Enterprise Architecture
• 10+ Years experience Azure Cloud Native Computing Cybersecurity Cloud Migrations Architecture solutioning and delivery
• Excellent technical leadership oral and written communication skills

• AZ -201/AZ-203: Microsoft Azure Developer Advanced Solutions / Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure
• AZ-300/AZ-301/AZ-303/AZ-304/AZ-305: Microsoft Azure Architect Design / Technologies
• 5+ Years Network Architecture and Design
• Bachelors degree in computer sciences or related field of study
