As the DMS Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Digital Marketing Solutions enterprise systems footprint. Your primary responsibility will be to design an efficient and cohesive systems architecture, business controls, and dataflows that align seamlessly with our business' organizational processes. You'll lead the charge in integrating various systems, streamlining processes, and ensuring optimal performance. Location: Plano Texas | Hybrid (3 Days in the office )

Base Salary: $180,000-$190,000/annually

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise Architecture Design:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define end-to-end architectures.• Conduct research studies and present recommendations for proposed implementations.• Formulate logical descriptions of complex problems and recommend optimum solutions.• Develop architecture roadmaps and strategies that align with our goals for modernizing DMS capabilities.

2. Consolidation and Simplification:• Assess existing business systems (Salesforce, Adpoint, Custom QTC ), ad tech systems (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat) and business processes within DMS.• Identify opportunities for consolidation, simplification, and optimization.• Streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and enhance efficiency.• Propose innovative solutions to enhance overall system performance.

3. Technical Leadership:• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.• Collaborate with solution architects to create and implement enterprise software development policies, SOPs, and best practices.• Investigate and prototype solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:• Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.• Communicate effectively, bridging the gap between business goals and technical implementation.

5. Qualifications and Experience:• Minimum of 7 years of experience in analysis and enterprise architecture.• Prior experience in leading change with hands-on deliverables as an enterprise architect.• Broad background in media and ad tech organizations• Proven experience in consolidating and simplifying complex quotes to cash business systems and ad tech systems lifecycles resulting in enterprise 360 views.• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.• Knowledge of frameworks eg Zachman, TOGAF, SAFe, and related tools.• Preferred experience with Software Development, Systems Integrations Architecture (Pub/Sub), DevSecOps, Low-code Application Platforms, Kubernetes, Big Data, microservices, and AI/ML.
