Enterprise Architect - Insight to Plan

Job Description:

We are excited to offer a long-term contracting opportunity to the Enterprise Architecture team as a Solution Architect (SAP IT Architect Finance) for the end-to-end process of Insight to Plan at Mars Wrigley. They will design, lead, and help setup support integration between Mars Wrigley and Mars Inc SAP S4.

This Global digital transformation is going to get digitized, digitalized, and the processes, digitally transformed. This mega process covers all automation helping the business including tools and process support for enabling and running:

• Corporate Strategy

• Segment Strategy

• Category Strategy

• Portfolio/Brand Strategy

• Integrated Planning

• Reporting

The Enterprise Architect - Insight to Plan will be the primary contact for automation with the process sponsor. Working with a team of senior technical consultants, architects, and data experts, you will be responsible for the design of the solution and passing through any technical review board. CPG industry sector is not required but highly recommended along with other SAP Cloud solutions and non-SAP supply chain solutions in demand and supply planning. You'll bring a strong awareness of business requirements met by functional solutions, which include SAP as well as third-party products. S4 Private Cloud and expertise with BTP experience is highly desired.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or management information systems or equivalent
  • Ability to consult management and engineering teams, with technical advice regarding business analysis, project management, IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, and software architecture design
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations
  • Ability to understand how different parts of business operations are connected and how business processes achieve their goals
  • Heavy experience in configuration and implementation in a large global scale in core SAP
  • Excellent understanding of tight integration with other SAP areas such as Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution and Finance
  • Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and is not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
  • Understand the evolving SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA and provided advise to customers in S/4 HANA adoption

What will be your key responsibilities?

• System Design: Documenting requirements and developing solutions using standard or custom SAP functionality. Recommending alternatives when multiple options are available.
  • Developing Solutions: Perform SAP System Configuration, document functional requirements for custom development, execute appropriate system tests (Unit Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing), writing system/user documentation, train end users on functionality.
  • Apply hands-on technical and functional expertise in SAP CO and integrated related modules
  • Represent the technology in design workshops with business process leader to design and roll out S/4 HANA solution for the Financial Management in Supply Chain /Procurement area.
  • Provide strong functional understanding of S4 HANA as it pertains to Financial Management and its Reporting capabilities.
  • 10+ years of total experience years in FTM and/or CFIN, with minimum experience in 2 end to end Central Finance Projects on S/4HANA.
