POSITION PROFILE
Working as the lead solution owner, the Senior Architect, Enterprise will be responsible for the alignment of the regional and country-level line of business technical SME resources to deliver the strategic plan and customer specific solution roadmaps.
S/he needs to translate required customer needs and goals into architecture models that can shape the customer's digital infrastructure utilising Ricoh's IT, Communication, Business Process and Application Services portfolio. Ensuring appropriate consideration to the customer's requirements and quality are also taken.
We are looking for a candidate who can inspire our customers with an understanding of what technology can do and drive the future Ricoh as we shape our digital services capabilities.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General functional technical
- In-depth knowledge of relevant technical systems tooling, and mastery of several complicated business principles such as:
- Project and programme management, governance, resource management, risk- quality management, and auditing
- System development lifecycle management
- IT Services management
- Infrastructure and operations
- Business modelling
- Business ecosystems
- SaaS, IaaS and PaaS
- SOA, APIs
- Financial forecasting, cost analyses, budgeting and planning
- Expand customer footprint, market share and revenue attainment
- Develop execute programmes to drive Ricoh mindshare as a strategic partner in named Global Major Accounts
- Act as technical focal point for RGS prioritised services portfolio and lead solution design technical responses for strategic deals, including with ecosystem partners where relevant
- Develop best practices in securing repeatable and scalable solutions across named accounts
- Maintain familiarity with technology relevant to the RGS Priority Services portfolio strategy.
- Support the Sales team to close new services contracts.
- Utilize best practices to ensure contract profitability.
- Create, promote and maintain a global customer-focused technical community made up of local and regional technical SMEs
- Create technical competitor gap analyses

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
- Education: Degree level or equivalent preferred; Business Administration, Marketing, and / or STEM- related Degree, and relevant B2B experience across a range of industries.
- Relevant working experience:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in defining, promoting, and designing technology services.
- Experience in design and architecture methodologies
- Strong preference for candidates with successful track record establishing and driving initiatives in an international environment.
