Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect / Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure strategy and service delivery across data center network cloud and end user services. This role is ideal for a senior technology leader who can combine architecture vision operational excellence modernization and stakeholder engagement to deliver secure scalable resilient and business-aligned services.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Lead enterprise infrastructure and end user service delivery across data center cloud network and workplace services ensuring strong SLA/KPI performance service stability and cost efficiency.
- Shape and govern infrastructure architecture roadmaps that align with business priorities security standards scalability goals and modernization objectives.
- Drive engineering-led operations through automation Infrastructure as Code observability reliability practices and proactive service improvement.
- Lead modernization initiatives across cloud hybrid infrastructure collaboration platforms and digital workplace services to improve employee and customer experience.
- Partner with business technology and vendor stakeholders to strengthen governance compliance risk management and continuous service improvement.
Required Skills Experience & Competencies
Ideal candidate profile: 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture and service delivery leadership with proven success in large-scale transformation across data center cloud network and end user environments. Strong expertise in infrastructure platforms cloud/hybrid operations automation observability ITSM SRE Infrastructure as Code and service governance. The successful candidate will also bring strong executive communication cross-functional leadership vendor management and client-facing stakeholder engagement skills.

The pay range for this role is $120000 - $125000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
