Avant is adding to our Enterprise Analytics team! We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-driven candidate who is passionate about problem solving and interested in making a difference. This person will be a key member of our Enterprise BI team and responsible for the development of our key business KPIs across multiple functions. What you do at Avant

• Collaborate with key senior stakeholders across the organization to define key business questions and use cases, prioritize and plan work, and to execute into production and maintenance of relevant business intelligence output
• Implement data collection systems and develop processes to maintain data assets across a variety of functions such as marketing, finance, product, risk and operations
• Gather requirements and data needs from stakeholders across different functions
• Develop reports and dashboards to improve business processes, provide visibility and accelerate data-driven marketing decision making as well as drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, ad hoc business reporting
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing detailed data exploration and validation to identify trends, tendencies and anomalies with a proven ability to audit outcomes and structure process to ensure data accuracy
• Partner with cross functional teams to deliver on a semantic BI data layer that drives the majority of our business reporting
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the data in the reports and analysis. Understand the data lineage from source to target and as it moves through multiple layers of transformation.

Why you are a fit for Avant

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years experience with Analytics and/or Business Intelligence
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker and applications on Azure, AWS and their AI/ML tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience developing data pipelines and analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions using Advanced SQL skills
• Able to work within a matrix organization - balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Strong collaboration skills to build teams across business boundaries
• Ability to document detailed BI concepts in the context of user needs, business impacts, and technical requirements for data and analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
• Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering is a plus
