Aktify is looking for an Enterprise Account Development Representative to join our team in Irvine, CA, Lehi, UT, or remote optional. The Enterprise Account Development Manager prospects potential customers and qualifies leads for new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Generate lead flow - Prospect new leads by making an initial phone or email contact. Engage the account and prepare them for a meeting with the Enterprise Account Executive. Connect with as many leads as possible driving the next appointment.
- Qualify accounts - Gain a high level understanding of partner qualifications to determine if they are a fit for a meeting with Enterprise Account Executives.
- Represent Aktify to external C-level decision makers - ADMs are the face of Aktify and Aktify's vision to transform the customer marketing journey. The ideal candidate is congenial, intelligent, and sells with integrity.
Requirements
- Experience in business development or sales roles within the technology industry.
- Experience in engaging with customers with outreach cadences. Comfort with multiple sales techniques (including email automation, cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software, preferable SalesForce
- Familiarity with MS Excel and/or Gsheets ( spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience
Ideal Candidate
- Motivated to consistently exceed ambitious goals, and push others to achieve. Track record of exceeding goals
- Experience selling with data, or a level of comfort working with analytics
- Passionate about Aktify's vision to optimize customer lead journeys and Convert More Customers with Conversational AI
- Loves working in a startup environment (wants to do the dirty work, lots of ambiguity, fast pace, adaptive, flexible, proactively covers bases, etc.)
- Outward mindset - considers and cares about others, works with others to fix solutions
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
