We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Campaign Lead to deliver strategic campaigns that convert leads into valuable opportunities and revenue at scale. You’ll be deeply involved in the complete GTM strategy process, from identifying and building high value campaigns to driving insights and best practices in our customer communications across in both marketing and sales deliverables. You'll keep a keen eye on the competition and define how we tell the Webflow story in a relevant and differentiated way, working to expand and grow a loyal enterprise customer base.

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $141,000-$194,000 for most US locations and $156,000-$215,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
As an Enterprise Campaigns Lead, you’ll…
  • Develop and execute end-to-end enterprise-level campaigns that convert into pipeline, aligning with the overall business strategy and goals.
  • Drive high impact, cost-effective programming to seize the most promising business opportunities, including demos, podcasts, and community engagement to name a few. 
  • Champion the strategic direction of the lead conversion engine, shaping direction of vital components like lead scoring and nurture priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to identify and scale messaging best practices that resonate with our audiences throughout the customer journey.
  • Partner with analytics and revenue operations to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact and conversion rates.
  • Partner with SDR Leadership and Sales Enablement to create, edit, coordinate, and scale sales-ready programs and messaging at scale.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership by providing insights into pipeline trends, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Enterprise Campaign team.

About you 

You’ll thrive as an Enterprise Campaigns Lead if you:

  • Have 6+ years of relevant experience leading integrated campaigns, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation (bonus points if you have experience in all of the above)
  • Have a proven track record of managing and executing strategic campaigns across multiple channels, involving many stakeholders, and defined KPIs.
  • Previous product-led growth experience is strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B marketing demand funnel, programs, and metrics that drive revenue with experience reporting on metrics and driving optimizations. 
  • Curiosity about new ways to improve our digital channels productivity, sales efficiency, business process improvement, and user experience ROI.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, able to flawlessly transition conversations with operations, business development, and marketing teams. 
  • Systems thinker:  comfortable interpreting a sales funnel to identify the highest opportunity areas to improve it and can confidently define the right metrics to test your hypothesis about how a specific change will improve a customer’s overall likelihood to buy.
  • Process builder: know how to build a lightweight process to gather the data you need or corral teams in the right direction
