Role. An overview of the opportunity:
As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you will enable us to deliver value through our enterprise product lines. We are looking for a unique individual to build trusted relationships with our customers, help those customers understand the value of our services, and show them how they can be successful leveraging Skupos across their business. You will partner closely with our program management, strategy, sales, marketing, and product teams in order to manage successful customer engagements.
In this role, you will own and lead a portfolio of Enterprise clients. This position is an integral part of our long-term relationship with our customers and you will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of our relationships. In order to succeed in this team, you have the passion and energy to work in an entrepreneurial environment. You have the maturity, confidence, and experience to manage and partner with customers on the list of the top 100 CPG brands in the world, as well as the willingness, energy, and technical ability to become a trusted advisor for customers.

The role will be part of our Enterprise Client Management team focused on managing, supporting, and expanding our CPG customers, including the top 100 CPG brands in the world. We believe in collaborative teamwork, and always strive to provide the best for our clients.
Responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- This position proactively works with a broad set of stakeholders to illustrate the value delivered through Skupos' software & services
- Build strong customer relationships that enable Skupos to become a trusted adviser for our customers’ executives
- This role serves as the internal voice of the customer while working with other Skupos teams and partners to exceed customer expectations
- Actively serve a portfolio of assigned accounts including some of the world’s leading CPG organizations
- Gain an understanding of client’s use cases and desired business outcomes and help a large number users achieve these goals via Skupos' Product & Services
- Help clients identify data-centric solutions the business use cases they’re trying to crack
- Provide guidance to customer organizations on how to leverage Skupos to implement promotional strategies from design to in-market execution and tracking
- Implement customer engagement strategies including consistent Executive Business Reviews
- Collaborate with Skupos' Sales team to expand customer relationships & ensure renewals
- Effectively solve ad-hoc customer issues as needed, interacting with cross-functional teamst, escalating customer issues as needed and identifying solutions/resources
- Stay current customers on Skupos' products, competitive landscape & market trends
- Embrace & contribute to Client Success team methodologies
- Increase depth & breadth of product adoption across customer accounts
- Build strong customer relationships that enable Skupos to become a trusted adviser for our customers’ executives
- Work with the Product and Engineering organizations to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases
- Synthesize and communicate prospect and customer product feedback to our Marketing and Sales teams
Qualifications. Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 7+ years of client management experience, preferably within enterprise software
- A consultative approach to client management, with a focus on excellence
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and recommend actionable solutions to support successful relationships
- Experience working in SAAS companies
- Comfort establishing credibility with key customer decision makers & influencers
- Ability to lead client training and knowledge-transfer sessions both remotely and on-site
- Demonstrated ability to manage both individual and engagement-wide scope of work
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build diverse relationships and influence both business and technical audiences
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with solid communication and presentation skills
Salary is based on experience and location.
Base Salary range in Denver, CO: $100,000 - $120,000 (Variable Pay in addition to base)
