Join SATG as an Enterprise Cloud Analytics, Senior Program Manager! The Senior Program Manager applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
- Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
- Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
- Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
- Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
- Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
- Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
- Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
- Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 4+ years of experience in:
- IT project management and program management
- Enterprise cloud analytics
- Agile/Waterfall methodologies
This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) is often preferred.
- Experience in implementing on Cloud Analytics platforms (Azure Databricks, Snowflake)
- Supply chain systems, ERP solutions, and experience in implementing and integrating IT solutions within a supply chain context.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$127,260.00-$203,620.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
