How you will make a significant impact
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Solutions, the role involves but not limited to:
- Responsible for the technical pre-sales of Rimes Enterprise data management products and investment management platform.
- Able to engage the customer to understand, redesign, and deploy strategic business workflows across the full spectrum of the investment cycle.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Managers and Account Management teams.
- Able to articulate data, product, and technical responses for RFIs / RFPs
- Responsible for delivering product demonstrations.
- Take responsibility for delivering proof of concepts and use cases for customers based on their specific data requirements.
- Contribute to team collaboration and sharing of knowledge.
- Capture detailed customer requirements within a Statement of Work document.
- Ensure smooth transition of the pre-sales project to the Professional Services team responsible for the implementation.
- Qualify customer enhancement requests and provide feedback to internal product and R&D teams.
Who you are:
- Appropriate experience in the financial services industry.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple opportunities and projects at various stages of engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate.
- The ability to engage and work efficiently with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
- The ability to engage and foster valued customer relationships.
- Able to work both independently and within a close-knit team environment.
Salary Range:
- 138,500 to 237,500
