We are looking for a talented Enterprise Content Management and Program Management (Hybrid) to join our team specializing in Ethics and Compliance for our Cummins Filtration in Nashville, TN. To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree or relevant equivalent experience required.
Experience
MBA a plus
Experience with global cybersecurity program management
Partner with project team members, stakeholders, and organization leaders to establish team strategy, priorities, expectations, objectives, deliverables, targets, policies, and procedures
Ensure IT PMO guidelines and project reviews are met; ensures project documents are maintained in appropriate repository
A deep understanding of and highly proficient at program and project management, process design, implementation, and change management
10 years' experience in a similar role and industry
PMP Certification preferred
Experience with budgets, project resource scheduling, issue management, risk documentation including mitigation plans
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Work with the CISO and cybersecurity staff to perform Enterprise Cybersecurity Program Management to plan, execute, and drive enablement of the program to secure the business.
- Work with the CISO, cybersecurity team, IT staff, and business to lead, manage, and drive the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) program.
- Formalize the Cummins Filtration Information Governance (IG) program, develop and apply appropriate retention controls, execute data remediations & minimization, develop KPIs, Metrics, and monitoring & reporting, deploy IG change management & training.
- Owns, manages and drives all change and transformational projects listed in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) transformation roadmap. Manage ECM Compliance initiatives in the Microsoft Office365 E5 licensing capabilities that enable automated compliance.
- Lead the Function based File share/Device Drive migration projects to enforce ECM governance.
- Partners with ECM Governance Project Management, on Information Strategy and roadmap for the function to achieve information governance maturity.
