About the Opportunity
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for maintaining consistently high levels of satisfaction, adoption, retention and expansion within assigned accounts. This will be achieved by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by helping them access and adopt Altium 365’s industry-changing capabilities and enjoy the full value of our services.
A Day in the Life of Our Enterprise Customer Success Manager
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and become their trusted advisor
- Work with assigned customers to ensure they are leveraging the capabilities of the Altium 365 platform effectively and finding value in our services
- Understand the customers' business objectives and map them to a success plan that drives and demonstrates positive business outcomes (ROI)
- Lead Onboarding with a heavy emphasis on change management and accountability
- Monitor customer’s product activity with proactive health checks when necessary
- Work closely with our Sales, Technical Support, Product Marketing, Product Management and Product Development teams to drive customer retention
- Drive renewal and expansion through increased product adoption and increased usage
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer by providing customer feedback to the product team to inform the roadmap
- Provide overview of product functionality and share best practices
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- Knowledgeable on electronic design and electronic lifecycle management, EDA and MCAD software (Preferred)
- Proven customer management skills with large, Enterprise accounts in B2B business (e.g., Aerospace, Consumer Electronics, Automotive preferred)
- Demonstrated effectiveness in multi-faceted digital transformation projects (Preferred)
- Proven ability to effectively lead teams and change behavior
- Strong orientation toward problem solving with a systematic and managed approach
- Self starter, attentive to detail
- Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a fast paced environment with lots of change and uncertainty
The salary range for this role is {$140,000.00 - $165,000.00 + Annual Bonus}. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
