JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for the review of Product Change Requests to ensure all required data and product structure is complete, as related to its product lifecycle.

  • Responsible for ensuring product data accuracy via collaboration with Allegro Marketing, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Finance and Program Management team.

  • Responsible for the verification and implementation of product changes in other enterprise systems, such as Allegro’s ERP system, unless executed by the PDM system.

  • Responsible for the creation and set-up of Items, Bill of Materials, Routes, and Revisions in Allegro’s ERP system.

  • Ensures smooth manufacturing transition from concept through end of life. Performs correction and standardizing existing data sources.

  • Ensures consistent and accurate data across business groups, work centers and locations.

  • Create and update weekly reports. Reviews and analyzes pertinent Daily Reports received via auto-mail.

  • Oversees and ensures that pertinent documents are in place like Bonding Diagram, Pre-Production Release Form, and other related documents needed prior approving change requests.

  • Communicates daily with respective Section Head, inform them on significant changes, issues, concerns with thorough analysis

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree of any 4-year course

  • 1- 2 years of planning related experience

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Oracle System, and familiar in manufacturing set-up

  • Good analytical skills

  • Must be good at oral and written communication.

  • Flexible and adaptable in all assigned tasks. 

  • Has the ability to train people to be effective in all areas.
