  • Provide regular portfolio performance reporting, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and relationships with brokers, landlords, contractors, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Security, and business leaders to support workplace strategy and operational alignment.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing facilities teams while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management, real estate operations, or enterprise portfolio management.
    • Strong background managing large, multi-site facilities portfolios within government contracting or large corporate environments.
    • Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and P&L oversight.
    • Experience leading construction, renovation, relocation, and workplace transformation projects.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, including geographically distributed staff and external vendors.
    • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing leases, vendor agreements, and strategic partnerships.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic operational decisions.
    • Experience managing global or enterprise-level real estate operations is highly desirable.
    • Active DoD Secret Clearance required; Top Secret Clearance preferred.
    • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary package.
      • Comprehensive healthcare benefit options.
      • 401(k) plan with employer matching.
      • Continuing education assistance and professional development opportunities.
