About the Role:
We are seeking an Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts within the enterprise B2B landscape. This strategic role is central to driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, focusing on leveraging digital channels to impact our sales pipeline significantly. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, especially in the enterprise sector. They should possess strong analytical skills, be adept at managing multi-faceted marketing campaigns, and have the ability to drive growth and engagement among enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Craft and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns that align with and support our GTM strategy, aiming to drive substantial contributions to our sales pipeline through targeted marketing channels.
- Event Marketing and Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute a series of impactful marketing events (both virtual and offsite) designed to generate leads and foster brand engagement within the enterprise community.
- Content Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and expansion of our content marketing initiatives, including newsletters, to effectively engage our target audience. This involves collaboration on content creation, enhancement of product quality, and expansion of distribution channels.
- Social Media Engagement: Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy on platforms like LinkedIn, utilizing both organic and paid tactics to grow our follower base and increase engagement within the enterprise sector.
- Analytical Reporting and Insights: Establish a robust system for lead pipeline conversion reporting to track, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring the effective movement of leads through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies within the B2B or enterprise space.
- Event Planning and Execution: Experience in organizing and leading marketing events that resonate with and engage enterprise-level audiences.
- Content Creation and Management: Strong skills in creating compelling content and managing platforms to establish thought leadership and connect with an enterprise audience.
- Social Media Mastery: Proven track record in enhancing brand presence and engaging an audience on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, through strategic content marketing.
- Data-Driven Approach: Expertise in using analytics tools to measure marketing performance, derive insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Collaborative and Communicative: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners to achieve marketing objectives.
- Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt strategies in response to market trends, and innovate to meet evolving market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a significant focus on B2B enterprise marketing.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms eg Hubspot, SFDC, especially those related to analytics, performance tracking, and audience engagement.
- You use AI tools in your day-to-day work as a pro.
