Air Traffic Control (ATC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Enterprise Information Management (EIM)
We are seeking an ATC SME who understands the FAA’s EIM for an upcoming opportunity with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This position will support several ATO directorates under Program Management, Technical Analysis, Administrative, and Managerial. The incumbent will hold a professional license in the areas of engineers, scientists, or National Airspace System (NAS) systems analysts. The incumbent will provide services in support of NAS systems rather than business-oriented IT systems. This role also provides engineering service, R&D and Logistics support of Air Transportation activities for operational locations including facility maintenance, modification and remediation as well as various levels of equipment repair. The ATC SME EIM shall understand the FAA NAS environments, the integration of all ATC systems and facilities and excellent knowledge of how the FAA ATC system operates.
Educational Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, or Science
- Senior (required degree + 10 relevant years)
- Senior II (required degree + 15 relevant years)
