Position Summary
SHEIN Technology LLC (STL) is looking for a Summer Technology Intern who's curious, passionate, and willing to put in the hard work to learn what makes the internet and SHEIN.COM tick.
You will work on and learn about technologies that support our Network, Cloud, Security and eCommerce infrastructure. There may also be an opportunity to visit one of our U.S. warehouses to understand the technology that goes into fulfilling each customer order.
You will join STL's Global Enterprise & Infrastructure Technology Team and work with a team of Sr. Engineers responsible for building and supporting SHEIN's offices, studios and warehouses in N. America, S. America, EMEA and APAC.
Responsibilities:

• Work with any one of the Sr. Engineers to build technical requirements for any new SHIEN location.
• Work on procuring equipment and services for the new location.
• Work with ISPs to bring up internet connections.
• Configure firewalls, network switches and wireless access points.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues in our infrastructure.
• Create and update technical wikis and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Passion for all things tech, especially internet and Cloud.
• Courses in computer networking, computer programming or related subjects desired.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills desired.
• Basic knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP or Cloud desired.
• Working knowledge with any programming/scripting language such as Python or Ansible desired.
• Experience with Atlassian's Jira and Confluence a plus.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP a plus.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a plus.

Good to have

• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Up to 10%, ability to travel within the U.S.
