Job Description
FocusKPI is looking for an Enterprise Lead Lifecycle Manager/ Marketing Operations Manager to join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company.
Our client is seeking for a lead lifecycle manager to oversee the lead management processes for their expanding suite of products. As the client has expanded and diversified its go-to-market strategy, the global marketing operations team has been tasked with revamping the lead qualification processes to identify new revenue opportunities. Tasks will involve reevaluating their systems, processes, SLAs, and governance, all of which will have an impact on their marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
The person in this role will drive the implementation of this system, document and track lead management across their product portfolio, and develop requirements for further optimization based on real-world results. Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Range: $55/hr to $61/hr
Responsibilities:
- Create a center of excellence for their lead management processes. You will be the go-to expert on their lead qualification practices, systems and processes per each product we market to
- Track, monitor and identify operational inefficiencies and outliers in their processes. You will keep documentation and communication to key stakeholders current and informative
- Identify areas of improvement and optimization in partnership with other members of the marketing operations team
- In conjunction with marketing analytics, assess lead quality and provide insights and feedback to the marketing demand generation and operations teams on which channels and practices are driving conversions
- Partner with demand generation managers, marketing analytics, sales operations, and your marketing operations peers to drive a high-impact program
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing operations environment that have both flywheel and enterprise lead lifecycles
- Deep familiarity with marketing & sales systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, Full Circle Insights and Demand base
- Prior experience interfacing with sales operations to implement and optimize lead management and lead routing systems
- Experience working on building out a lead scoring system (third party solution) for multiple products
- Successful track record managing and rolling out new initiatives, including summary reporting out to management (successfully rolled out new products and got the employees onboard (change management))
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise lead generation standard methodologies
- Working at the enterprise level companies & Tech Software
- A highly organized approach utilizing project management tools to track, plan and prioritize work
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategies, concepts, and feedback to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills, with a knack for simplifying complex processes and data into understandable and actionable insights
- A passion for metrics with the skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations
