About the Role
CharterUP is seeking Enterprise Logistics Coordinators to join our team! The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure world-class project management of our most valuable shuttle contracts. This includes ensuring all drivers and vehicles are performing in accordance with contractual and service level agreements (SLAs). The Enterprise Logistics Coordinators establish and maintain quality of service, perform driver training on shuttle routes, perform vehicle quality inspections, and provide daily reporting to management.Â
This role includes a significant amount of travel, often including weekends and with little notice as new projects commence. Depending on the volume or complexity of each contract, travel may be required in two or three week rotations. During this time, while on duty, the Enterprise Logistics Coordinators proactively manage assigned contracts and respond to client or internal company requests as they arise. This role is perfect for people who thrive in a high-stakes environment as the high-volume movement of passengers leaves no room for error or compromise. In this client-facing role, the Enterprise Logistics Coordinators represent CharterUP in the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Full-time, on-site management of bus and shuttle-provider contractsÂ
- Both on-site and remote oversight of large scale, logistically complicated trips
- Act as liaison between operators on our platform and high-value clients
- Track and analyze supplier performance, reporting analyses to team management
- Maintain supplier relationships and develop relationships with new vendors
Experience and Expertise
- At least 1-2 years experience in a high-stress, on-site logistics environment (Military service, Trucking/Freight, or comparable)
- The ability to travel to sites across the United States, often with little notice and for weeks at a time
- Reliability, consistency, and demonstrated relentless work ethic
- Willing to be available for emergency situations outside of typical working schedule
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Superb organizational skills
Compensation:
- $55K-$60K
