We're seeking an experienced marketing professional to engage our global associate base, educate them on our business strategy and company culture and inspire them to be ambassadors for our brand. The Advisor, Enterprise Marketing will be tasked with creating and leading the execution of compelling plans, big ideas and engaging campaign strategies that educate, engage and inspire our stakeholders and 12,000 associates around the world.
The role requires experience developing marketing communications plans, messaging and campaign approaches, and a track record of executing through events, PR, social media, blogs, and many other methods. The candidate must also have the ability to establish measurement methods and make recommendations based on performance.

What You'll Bring:
How You'll Contribute
- Tell our overall Information for Good story and help internal and external stakeholders understand how we impact consumers around the world, through story-telling campaigns and other initiatives
- Work with global leadership, global brand and HR stakeholders to align on integrated plans and campaign ideas that will educate, inspire and engage
- Develop and execute content and campaigns
- Partner with internal communications, social media marketing, events and other platform partners and agencies to execute plans and campaigns
- Produce creative content in long and short form, including videos, commercials, events, blogs, insight guides, infographics, with the ability to make recommendations based on performance
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors
- Develop measurement framework and dashboard to evaluate efforts and adjust as necessary based on measurement
Impact You'll Make:
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or business. Master's degree is a plus.
- 10-12+ years of professional content strategy experience, strong business acumen and marketing fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication, story-telling and messaging skills
- Strong enterprise marketing expertise, particularly strong campaign development; agency experience is a plus
- Proven ability to influence across matrix organizations to accomplish goals
- Global information solutions or data and analytics background is a plus
Nice to Haves:
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
