Job Summary
This position is responsible for strategic oversight and retention for Enterprise National Accounts. Serves as the primary point of contact for customer and viewed as a trusted advisor. Develop understanding of client business strategy and identify innovative product solutions to balance costs with long-term health strategy.
This is a Hybrid/Flex position working in the office three days per week and remotely two days per week.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree AND six years’ experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field OR ten years’ experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field.
- Experience must include at least two years as a Strategic Account Executive for key accounts, Manager, internal or external Consultant, or high level Sales Executive.
- Current state agent insurance license or able to obtain within 90 days of starting in role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in complex accounts
- Sales negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Knowledge of health care industry regulations, products, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Analytical and presentation skills including producing and analyzing reports/data, developing presentations, and maintaining databases of sales activities.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.

Base Pay Range$94,000.00 - $141,000.00
