Enterprise Operations Analytics - Business Analytics Advisor (Work from Home)

The Cigna Enterprise Operations Analytics organization offers solutions that provide actionable insights to internal and external business partners and customers that help improve customer experience, reduce cost, measure and forecast business performance, and improve process and procedures. The Business Analytics Advisor will be responsible for creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for our contact center operations business partners.

Responsibilities Include:

• Reporting on productivity and project progress and ensuring that they are compliant with quality standards.
• Finding opportunities for future development of the operations area.
• Maintaining both internal and external channels of communication.
• Utilizing risk analysis to limit and manage risk.
• Studying competitors and consumer behavior.
• Gathering details regarding the business of the operations area by using a variety of methods (shadowing interviews, shadowing, surveys or reading reports, etc.)
• Examining and interpreting the data to discover the weaknesses and identify the root causes
• Focusing on the needs of the operations area as well as their capabilities and limitations by giving them different suggestions
• Providing findings and recommendations to leadership, with plenty of justification
• Creating detailed business plans that make small or significant adjustments
• Helping the operations area implement the plan, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Giving guidance on any recurring problems or issues
• Completing proposals in cooperation and conjunction with experts on the subject (SME).
• Increasing the efficiency of various reports by altering the design
• Updating project documents as well as status reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 3-5 years Business Analytics Advisor or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analytics Advisor is a plus.
• Expertise in health insurance contact center operations.
• Proficiency in Agile practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with a variety of software for business management (Tableau, Oracle, SQL, etc.).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills a must.
• Problem-solving, consulting skills, teamwork, leadership, and creativity skills a must.
• Analytical mind with outstanding ability to collect and analyze data.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 90,500 - 150,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
