This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Enterprise Operations Manager - REMOTE. The Senior Enterprise Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the scalability and efficiency of operations. By collaborating with various departments such as Sales and Customer Success, this innovative leader will identify areas for improvement and streamline processes to better serve our customers. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to implement actionable strategies that foster a culture of continuous improvement, ultimately achieving sustainable cost savings while delivering high-quality interactions. Accountabilities

  • Collaborate across the organization to understand and document current processes, identifying best practices, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Review potential root causes of process inefficiencies, including missing communication channels, and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with various functional departments to design and implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day business operations without adding unnecessary burdens.
  • Manage the coordination and integration of efforts among sales operations, customer success, marketing, engineering, and content development.
  • Prioritize infrastructure improvement projects and initiatives proposed by Sales, Marketing, and other functions.
  • Partner with the project management office to outline the scope and requirements of infrastructure and process improvement projects.
  • Track and monitor the execution of infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring objectives and cost savings goals are met.
  • Maintain constant communication and provide insights on process and infrastructure initiatives to the Senior Leadership team.
  • Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in operations and process-focused roles.
  • Experience in a technology-based company is required.
  • Utilize professional experience in developing and implementing scalable processes with cross-functional teams.
  • Be an open communicator and collaborator who engages in respectful debates.
  • Hold yourself and others accountable for meeting commitments and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills by effectively identifying issues and developing practical solutions.
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in business or industrial engineering disciplines is preferred.
