Enterprise Operations Specialist
Job Description
What We’re Looking For:
The Enterprise Operations Specialist will develop solutions for business challenges to support operational planning and goals by working closely with the senior team members and management to identify weaknesses in the department operations and lead initiatives to strengthen them. The Enterprise Operations team is also responsible for recording complete and accurate data across supported functional areas of the business.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Identify, plan, and execute projects for the Enterprise Operations team, with a focus on cross-department standardization and increased efficiency across all teams. Coordinate project tasks to ensure project delivery within timeline. Liaise with stakeholders and department leadership as necessary to facilitate project completion.Â
Intake, gather, and respond to emergent data collection requests or other urgent needs from department management team, and other stakeholdersÂ
Evaluate current operational performance in the department and assist in creative and strategic planning for improvements. Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a timely manner. Use reporting tools (i.e. Tableau) to develop and enhance reports that measure overall department performance.
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes. Monitor, control and manage business operations compliance to standard processes and best practices.Â
Assist in implementation planning for new programs according to internal launch schedules as needed.Â
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
2 years of experience preferred
Demonstrated general understanding of business operations.
Analytical thinker with great attention to detail.
A comprehensive understanding of Salesforce is required.
Advanced Excel skills required and database skills required.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a tactful manner.
Well-developed sense of discretion regarding access to sensitive information.
Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an environment of constant change.
Working ConditionsÂ
Primary work location at a 2U office with flexibility of working from home options. Typical Monday - Friday working schedule (~40 hrs a week). With reasonable notice, abnormal work schedules such as, early/late days or weekends may be needed to meet business needs.Â

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is $55,000 with potential bonus and equity eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
