Job Summary

The Consultant role is responsible for consulting and providing direction, guidance and support to business stakeholders to ensure documentation governance of enterprise policies and procedures. The Consultant will drive adoption of the policy and procedure process flows and templates across the organization and track inventory to minimize expiration of policies and procedures.

Required Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in compliance environment or its equivalent OR 9+ years of experience specifically in a compliance environment
• 2+ years of business consulting experience
• Knowledge of and/or experience in strategic planning and project management
• Knowledge of and/or experience in Policy and procedure documentation experience
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent presentation development skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio skills
   

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business or related field
• Proficient in the essential elements of a compliance program
• Policy and procedure governance experience
• External consulting experience
• Healthcare industry experience
• Knowledge of HCSC’s various functional areas and departments
• Knowledge of and/or experience with new system implementations

*Please note that this role is HYBRID with an in-office requirement of 3 days a week and NO VISA sponsorship is available for this role.

Base Pay Range$58,800.00 - $130,100.00
