Enterprise Product Manager (Hybrid - Flexible Location)
Job Description
The Enterprise Product Manager works on product opportunities that involve more than one business unit. They work across the business units and are deeply involved with initial opportunity validation including market sizing, competitive analysis, client discovery. They bring the business unit product managers together to collaborate on opportunities and proactively look for opportunities to help hands on. At some point the product opportunity is then moved to the business unit where the development is done and go to market. The Enterprise Product Manager may or may not work on writing requirements depending on the project.
The Enterprise Product Manager also works when requested with the business units to help with their 3-year product roadmap and priorities and works to educate and align other stakeholders around it. The Enterprise Product Manager y provides suggestions to each Business Unit, works for alignment of the enterprise-wide product strategy with business unit strategies, highlights duplications and trade-offs across Business Units, and influences them.
He/She also collaborates effectively with technology counterparts (enterprise CTO, Division CTOs) to ensure alignment and of strategies and top priorities and initiatives.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
• Provide value adding collaboration with Product Managers, Division and Business Unit Presidents, and Technology leadership.
• Work across all Broadridge business units
• Drive outstanding go to market with sales/marketing with excellent product market fit.• Support strong growth and earnings driven product strategies owned by the business units aligned with the enterprise product strategy.• Identify Product/platform redundancies and take action to create focus and investment capacity.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred• Excellent academic background with strong analytical skills• 5-10+ years of experience in product management• Strong working knowledge of product management processes, including agile methodologies• Experience in the financial services sector in the institutional segments of the business, especially with technology is a plus• Demonstrated experience in and passion for product, technology, innovation, and lean start-up principles a big plus; entrepreneurial experience is a plus• Proven ability to build excellent relationships and effectively negotiate with senior leaders to influence business outcomes• Prior experience in a tier-1 strategy consulting and/or leading FinTech company ideal• Comfortable with a work environment often managing multiple initiatives under ambiguity• Experience with product and technology integration and optimization• Passionate about the potential strategic direction for Broadridge as an industry leader• Experience working in the context of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong interpersonal relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success
