Enterprise Program Director

Location: United States/REMOTE

As an Enterprise Program Director, you will help transform the industry by leading large-scale customer programs directly with some of the world's largest Food & Beverage providers at an executive level.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and manage robust governance frameworks
  • Prepare program brief, initiation documentation, and business case
  • Develop and present program strategy and plans
  • Align customer and Oracle strategic roadmaps
  • Manage customer relationships and engage with stakeholders (C-level)
  • Ensure program success measures and goals are met
  • Manage program budgets
  • Work across Oracle Food & Beverage lines of business for holistic solutions
  • Oversee active customer projects and programs
  • Uphold and champion Oracle processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of strategic program management experience
  • Track record managing large complex programs/projects (technology/POS solutions preferred)
  • Ability to interact at executive level
  • Strategic mindset with attention to tactical detail
  • Strong analytical, reporting, negotiation, and influence skills
  • Experience working in matrix environments and independent thinking
  • Proactive with anticipating customer needs and solutions
  • Ability to travel as required
