Enterprise Project Manager

We are currently seeking a seasoned Enterprise Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of complex CRM and BPM projects. Working on our team as a Project Manager position involves: Planning and Executing Projects: Strategizing coordinating and executing Enterprise projects while adhering to established budgets timelines and scope. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicating project updates to relevant stakeholders clients and project team members ensuring transparency and alignment. Team Leadership: Managing and leading a team of 5+ experts fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Global Collaboration: Working with geographically distributed teams of experts within the Agile framework ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project delivery. Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers to understand their needs ensuring project delivery aligns with the developed strategy on time and within approved budgets. Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering projects by establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Candidate Expectations: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven IT project management experience totaling 3000+ man-hours. Team Management: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle project management including managing a team of 4-5 specialists. Enterprise Project Expertise: Hands-on experience with complex development of enterprise applications. Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working with C-level stakeholders. Methodology Mastery: Confident and in-depth knowledge of major project methodologies including Waterfall Scrum and Kanban. Tool Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office MS Project Project Server MS Visio or other business process modeling software. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English. It will be an advantage to have: Certifications: PMP certification PSM certification.
