Veritas’ Worldwide Sales and Marketing team propels company growth by driving all aspects of sales and marketing, including direct and channel sales, global sales enablement and all marketing functions.

As a member of Veritas Maintenance Renewal organization, the Maintenance Renewal Sales Representative will have an overall responsibility for generating renewal revenue in assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations
  • Generating revenue through meeting and exceeding sales retention/growth quotas
  • Manage quote to order process
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Working directly with Veritas Partners and Distributors to accelerate growth
  • Working closely with other internal Veritas organizations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction including ensuring support issues are escalated to the appropriate department

Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in handling Enterprise customers,

  • Experience with banking customers will be an added advantage.
  • Have worked in Inside Sales/Renewals portfolio
  • Should be based in Mumbai
  • Willing to travel & meet customers on a need basis
  • Be a good collaborator within the organization

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a similar environment
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, Renewals, Sales Support or Customer Service
  • Experience with Windows NT, Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Database Experience, Oracle Financial Preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner
  • Excellent decision-making skills with ability to identify, prioritize and ability to show good judgment in decision-making when necessary
  • Able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines and display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Cross-functional teamwork
  • Driven to meet business targets
  • Proven history of exceeding your sales retention/growth quotas
