The Corporate departments provide shared services and planning support to all of the Business Units while guiding the company's growth strategy. This includes Finance, IT, Legal/Privacy, Compliance, Security, Strategy/Corporate Development, and People/Community.We are seeking a highly organized and experienced ERP Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our ERP system, ensuring its functionality and efficiency. The ERP Administrator will work closely with the Finance, IT and other departments to implement new processes and procedures, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. The ERP Administrator will be responsible for supporting the entire organization in utilizing the ERP system effectively and efficiently.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Keep current with new features and upgrades of Sage Intacct and propose upgrades to the system to improve the organization's finance operationsManage and maintain the Sage Intacct ERP system, including system configurations, integrations, and updates
- Work with the Finance department to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Sage Intacct ERP system, including data discrepancies and system errors
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to optimize the Sage Intacct ERP system and improve efficiency
- Train and support end-users across the organization on the proper use of the Sage Intacct ERP system
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure system security, data privacy and backup & recovery policies are in place and followed.
- Monitor the performance of the Sage Intacct ERP system, and identify areas for improvement
- Keep current with new features and upgrades of Sage Intacct and propose upgrades to the system to improve the organization's finance operations
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTSÂ
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sage Intacct ERP Administration
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience in working with integration tools and implementing integration points between ERP and other systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Sage Intacct ERP system
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter who takes initiative to identify and solve problems and has strong organizational skills with analytical skills to analyze and interpret data to improve system and processes

The US base hiring range for this full-time position is $81,090-$113,700 + bonus + equity + benefits. The actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including work location, experience, training, and skill level, so pay for this role may be higher or lower than what is shown on this posting.
