Enterprise Risk Manager
Job Description
Position Goals:
Implement, update, and manage key programs within the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management Program. This includes but is not limited to, the Enterprise Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RSCA) Program, Risk Event Program, Issue Management Program, and New and Revised Product and Services Assessment Program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the RSCA Program including oversight and training.
- Implement the RCSA standards including RCSA Governance Cycle and Control Management related requirements.
- Coordinate Control Evaluation activities and results.
- Design, implement, and maintain an Issues Management Program based upon the ERM Framework.
- Design, implement, and maintain a Risk Event Management Program based upon the ERM Framework.
- Design, implement, and maintain a New Product and Services Risk Assessment Program based upon the ERM Framework.
- Design, implement, and manage the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Platform - RCSA Module, Issues Management Module, and the Risk Event Management Module. This includes review, update, and revision of the current methodologies, ensuring the platform is constructed to bring efficiency and effectiveness for all users.
- Collect data on economic, market, peer and industry trends to assist in identifying potential risks associated with risk events, proposed new products and services, and bank focused strategic objectives.
- Perform ad-hoc risk analysis as requested by the Director of Enterprise Risk Management, Chief Risk Officer and the ERM Committee.
- Remain abreast of regulatory requirements and mature industry practices relating to enterprise risk management.
Position Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR Associate degree/two (2) years of college + two (2) years of related work/military experience OR four (4) years of related work/military experience.
Experience - A minimum of three (3) years working in the RCSA and Risk Management environment.
Other - Expert with Microsoft Excel
Preferred Requirements:
CERP or CRCM designation.
Experience using RSA Archer.
