The Opportunity 

The Enterprise Rotational Program Manager will key rotational experiences that prepare and develop emerging talent to excel in a career in our CREF industry. The position will oversee the end-to-end development experience of rotational participants, including coaching and mentoring each participant to ensure they achieve their developmental goals, working closely with rotational managers to drive a consistent participant experience, and measuring overall program impact to ensure outcomes align to business needs.  

  • Lead rotational programs for early and emerging talent initiatives and other full time rotational programs.  
  • Own the end-to-end development experience, forward looking strategy and associated roadmap and operational playbook for our rotational programs in partnership with business sponsors. 
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders to align program experience to talent needs and goals. 
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with business sponsors to set strategy and track progress against plan 
  • Measure and analyze program metrics against goals and evaluate outcomes against industry benchmarks. 
  • Lead and coach program participants throughout their experience to drive engagement, remove roadblocks and ensure their development plans meet their needs. 
  • Own the design and creation of programs and experiences for emerging talent, including the creation of resources to support program participants, including: 
  • Establishing program experiences that meets the needs of the participants and achieve desired outcomes of our business. 
  • Focus on the learner and the process the learner goes through to apply new knowledge.  Research and work to deeply understand learner goals, challenges, and unique needs. 
  • Implement learning experience design principles and techniques to deliver maximum impact of program design. 
  • Deliver learning experiences and engage business leaders as adjunct faculty where appropriate. 
  • Oversee a successful program execution 
  • Act as the primary contact for program inquiries.  
  • Apply strong data analysis skills to establish and monitor program KPIs. 
  • Deliver operational excellence in ensuring program participants experience a best-in-class experience. 
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and business leaders to adjust course as needed. 

 What you will need to be successful in the role 

  • Proven track record of managing complex talent programs. 
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills to appropriately direct team and influence stakeholders.  
  • Skilled in working with senior leaders, supporting, and guiding them to execute on recruitment strategy. 
  • Strong project management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear reporting of progress, data, and roadblocks. 
  • Passion for innovation and agility to adapt to changing business requirements and needs 
  • 5+ years working in Talent, HR, L&D or similar role.
