Job Description
As an Enterprise SaaS Account Executive, you will be responsible for the following:Â
- Consulting with enterprise health insurers and other healthcare payer companies to identify opportunities for potential partnershipÂ
- Meeting quarterly targets for new business development and revenue generationÂ
- Generating new business opportunities via prospecting and building a consistent and sustainable pipeline
- Managing a full sales cycle – from initial meeting to securing new businessÂ
- Providing accurate monthly and quarterly forecastsÂ
- Leveraging sales tools, such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other areas of sales tech stackÂ
- Calling and emailing marketing-generated leadsÂ
- Assisting Client Success and Product teams with new implementations of SaaS platformÂ
- Collaborating with management to improve marketing materials and expand our marketing presenceÂ
- Strategically negotiating with potential customers to close new businessÂ
- Conducting prospect research for personalized outreachÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Qualifications
To be effective in this role, you must:Â
- Have a strong track record in finding, qualifying, and selling new Enterprise business opportunities
- Have a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota for new business development and revenue generation
- Be able to build meaningful relationships quickly, able to foster relationships, and convert them to businessÂ
- Be capable of managing and closing opportunity in your sales pipelineÂ
Who is our ideal Account Executive?Â
You have experience working in a sales role that prioritizes outbound sales strategy. You can quickly learn a product offering and share that product knowledge with outside prospects. You are comfortable performing outreach (cold call, email, etc.) to potential clients and demonstrating how our unique product offering can benefit the client’s organization. You can identify new opportunities, autonomously manage a sales pipeline and convert prospective customers to active clients. You are an accountable self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic and collaborative environment.Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or other relevant field preferredÂ
- 3+ years of enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales experience in the healthcare industryÂ
- Strong knowledge, experience, and relationships in the healthcare payer industryÂ
- Experience working with or in Medicare and Medicaid preferred
- Experience within CCaaS (Contact-Center-as-a-Service) or similar enterprise telephony or telecommunication systems preferred
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communicationÂ
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
- Documented track record of success against KPIs and quotaÂ
- Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Excellent problem-solving skillsÂ
- Willing to travel (based on business needs)Â
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteÂ
- Experience documenting results and knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareÂ
Additional Information
- This is a remote/virtual position. Local team members are expected to be on-site 2 days per week.Â
- Remote team members may be expected to travel to Indianapolis approximately 2-4x per year, based on business needs.Â
- Overnight travel nationwide for conferences, trade shows, and other business events is expected a few times per quarter.Â
- You must reside in the USA and be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.Â
