Enterprise SaaS Product Management Lead (Remote)
Job Description
This pivotal role requires the candidate to marry the strategic vision of a product leader with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup founder. Overseeing Zero Touch Mobility (ZTM) scoped application for Service Now, the SaaS Product Management Leader will be at the helm of our US market strategy, simultaneously collaborating with our headquarters for the global perspective.
The Zero Touch Mobility (ZTM) Team is a solution provided by Samsung SDSA in collaboration with Service Now. Zero Touch Mobility provides automation for the entire lifecycle of corporate mobile devices. Make mobility management effortless.

Location: Ideally Ridgefield Park, NJ (hybrid), but open to a remote role in the US.The Team is based in Eastern Time Zone.
Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic direction for ZTM and related solutions.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps and strategies to drive adoption and usage of ZTM and related solutions based on business objectives and customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobility solutions trends and identify new opportunities relevant to our products.
- Partner effectively with engineers to align technology investments with the product agenda, considering end-user functionalities, internal capabilities, and platform health.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to gather customer requirements and feedback.
- Evangelize the use of appropriate methods to uncover internal and external customer needs, ensuring product solutions address customer needs.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, customers, headquarters and partners across Samsung SDSA.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a remote team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Drive product innovation by championing new ideas and features based on thorough market research and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards relevant to the Service Now platform and our industry.
- Collaborate with early-adopter customers to ensure early versions of products meet their needs, understand / document pain points and new requirements, and continually work on improving the product / solution with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 10+ years' experience in SaaS product management or related positions.
- Knowledge of the enterprise mobility ecosystem and associated applications, such as EMM, is a strong plus.
- 3+ years' of people management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional team.
- Proven track record in pioneering and scaling new enterprise SaaS applications.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and is innately resourceful, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- Good understanding of the Service Now platform, its capabilities, and best practices.
- Familiarity with AI and its potential applications in enhancing products.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product development life cycles.
- Strong client-facing and internal communications skills.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, leading successful projects, preferably in enterprise solutions.
