Bluesight is seeking a motivated Sales Director to drive revenue and growth within our organization.  They will be responsible for sales growth by driving measurable revenue results across our entire Medication Intelligence Platform, KitCheck, ControlCheck, and CostCheck. This position is responsible for targeting new accounts for Kit Check to enter that will be strategically important in the long term.  Bluesight’s sales model focuses on ensuring our products get to market quickly so this role can have an immediate impact within the organization. 

Software SaaS sales experience is a critical requirement of this opportunity. Bonus experience is sales expertise selling into hospitals and IDNs. This is an individual contributor hunter role!

We are open to candidates based anywhere in the US, they are not required to live in the region / territory covered.


Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Prospect and develop new business in a designated territory. These territories are rich with opportunity and require a strong ability to be organized, disciplined Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of pipeline, account plans, and regional management activities in Kit Check’s CRM tool (currently SalesForce.com)
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends and be able to articulate to clients Kit Check’s value and differentiation
  • Establish positive and long-term client relationships through prospecting and conducting meetings with clients and partners
  • Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery terms with clients


Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven "hunter” track record of consistently over-performing quota and ranking in the top-tier of the sales force
  • Experience selling a B2B SaaS product 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years outside sales experience
  • Experience running a complex sales process from start to finish while including relevant stakeholders
  • Extraordinary client focus and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence others including senior level and C-suite staff
  • Experience selling SaaS products into large hospitals or IDNs preferred
  • Experience selling into hospital pharmacy would be helpful 
  • Ability to travel (travel is somewhat limited now due to the ongoing pandemic, but we’d normally expect someone to travel about 20%)
  • This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
The standard base pay range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 when annualized. In addition to base pay this position is eligible for uncapped commission when hitting and exceeding quota. Actual amounts and salary will vary depending on position offered, experience, performance, and location.
