Sales Training is about making sure our sales-makers are up to speed – keeping them ahead of trends and equipping them with new knowledge and power to persuade. Using a wide range of modalities, we create and deliver sales-specific training courses. Defining competency needs and shaping training on everything from sales skills to job-specific tools and products, we work with other functions to deliver the right learning at the right time to the right people.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Coach to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, implementing, and delivering training programs that help our sales representatives improve their performance and achieve their targets. The Sales Coach will work closely with the sales leadership team to identify training needs and develop training materials that are tailored to the specific needs of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for sales representatives, covering topics such as sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling.
Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and quizzes, that effectively communicate sales concepts and best practices.
Provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives to help them improve their performance and achieve their targets.
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop training programs that address those needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training, and incorporate new ideas into training programs.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure that they are achieving the desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
12+ years of experience as a sales trainer or a similar role.
Experience working in a B2B sales environment.
Having sold before is a must
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to develop engaging training materials that capture the attention of learners.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to sales representatives.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in G Suite applications
Experience using sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
Being certified to facilitate Force Management methodologies is a plus.Â
Tech space industry is a plus.

Compensation:
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The minimum base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Chesterbrook, PA begins at $166,281 annually + applicable annual bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
