Our tools are crafted to help enterprises build and maintain meaningful relationships with their audiences, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and innovation.

Essence of the Role:

The Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads and completing targeted outbound prospecting strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of our enterprise solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with high-level decision-makers within large organizations. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential enterprise clients through various channels, including industry reports, social media, and networking events.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Complete focused outreach initiatives to connect with essential collaborators and decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects' difficulties, problems, and budget. Qualify leads based on their potential fit with our solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system. Track progress and follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and refine messaging. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign efficiency.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the Sales team. Prepare prospects for these meetings by providing necessary background information and setting expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to better engage with prospects and articulate our value proposition.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics. Use this data to continuously improve strategies and approaches.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, ideally within an enterprise SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong emphasis on achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Highly organized with outstanding time management skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions.
