ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be a key driver of our sales growth, capitalizing on the vast potential of the global mobility market. Your relentless pursuit of new business opportunities, exceptional sales acumen, and ability to build strong client relationships will be instrumental in achieving and surpassing sales quotas. This is a high-visibility role where you will have the chance to make a substantial impact on our organizations' success and reap the rewards of your accomplishments.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Sales and team up with Equus Senior Solution Consultants, the most talented, experienced, and sought-after global mobility experts. This team approach will accelerate customer acquisition with a combined set of enterprise sales and industry expertise.

Location: West Coast US Remote or Hybrid (Denver, CO Dallas, TX)
- Capitalizing on Market Opportunities
- Dive into the global mobility market with unwavering confidence, recognizing the vast potential and untapped opportunities.
- Develop a strategic sales plan to aggressively penetrate the enterprise market, leveraging your expertise and innovative solutions.
- Identify and prioritize high-value prospects to focus your efforts and maximize sales outcomes.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Exceeding Sales Quotas
- Leave no stone unturned in your pursuit of new business, employing a proactive, and tenacious approach to exceed sales targets.
- Employ a consultative sales methodology to identify client pain points and offer tailored mobility solutions that address their specific needs.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and compelling value propositions that clearly demonstrate the superior benefits of our solutions.
- Lead negotiations, manage objections, and close deals with the determination to surpass quota expectations.
- Building and Nurturing Client Relationships.
- Forge strong and enduing relationships with C-Level executives, key decision-makers, and industry influencers within target enterprise organizations.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and implementation, to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Sales Performance Excellence
- Be relentless in tracking and managing your sales pipeline, ensuring its accuracy and providing accurate forecasts to meet and exceed quotas.
- Leverage sales productivity tools, CRM software, and data analytics to drive efficiency and optimize sales performance.
- Regularly report sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management, providing actionable insights for growth.
- WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
- 10+ years in Enterprise SaaS sales
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in the enterprise market, preferably within global mobility or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to capitalize on a growing market, identifying and converting sales opportunities into tangible results.
- Strong understanding of global mobility processes, including expatriate management, immigration, tax compliance, and relocation services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a persuasive and influential demeanor.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent pursuit of sales success.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using CRM software, sales productivity tools, and data analytics to drive sales excellence.
- Experience with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC and/or Challenger selling preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to engage with clients and prospects.
