This role requires one day per week in our Kilkenny HQ.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive reporting to our Global Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Pitching our award winning and cutting edge SaaS solution with our supporting business expertise and closing deals with businesses from SMEs to Corporations
- Delivering on and sustaining a proven track record of selling Fintech applications to SMEs and Corporate entities
- Generating deals and revenue by managing end-to-end sales pursuits (sourcing, generating, qualifying, pursuing, and closing) platform and services deals
- Conducting market research and testing use cases within the target market. Identifying TAM within the specific areas of focus and building out strategic go-to-market plans
- Systematically building and nurturing a pipeline of referred and new opportunities
- Taking a consultative approach to investigating business needs and uncovering new opportunities and partnerships
- Overseeing deal-specific negotiations to ensure opportunities are progressing against deal targets, remaining within budget, driving to a successful close
- Improving how we sell by bringing best practices from your experience
The skills that you have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in SaaS solution sales to SMEs and Corporates
- Demonstrated track record of commercial achievements, meeting/exceeding pre-agreed targets
- A reputation for rolling up your sleeves and getting results - someone with drive, passion and determination to pursue and close new logos
- Prior experience leading end-to-end technical solutions, from generating to closing, with the ability to engage C-level executives throughout
- Having a robust sales methodology and execution
- Have successfully built a book of business within a similar industry
- Superb time management, judgment, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Expert high-impact communication and presentation capabilities
- High intellectual and emotional intelligence and innate ability to focus on partner /client needs
- A background in prospecting, creating deals from scratch and closing of new business
- Credibility at all levels, including C-level and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer
- High professional and personal standards: thorough, organized and conscientious
- Own and drive multiple opportunities with the ability to focus and deliver on multiple short and long term sales through their cycles
- Creativity, team player mindset and resilience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English, additional languages an advantage
