About the role: 

Under the general direction of the Sales Operations Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support to the Enterprise sales team as well as our Sales Operations team, ensuring data quality, and sales processes are maintained with a high level of professionalism and organization in a fast paced environment.

 A day in the life of our Enterprise Sales Operations Analyst:
  • The primary role of the Enterprise Sales Operations Analyst will be to align Altium’s day-to-day
    operational processes and ensure the quality of the data is maintained
  • Support data quality process to maintain effective customer and prospect information
  • Complete ongoing review and support all administrative update requirements to the Enterprise pipeline to ensure the pipeline data is accurate
  • Support order processing tasks and maintain responsibility for order consistency
  • Create and maintain dashboards for Enterprise Sales to support strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Developing and implementing sales processes for the Enterprise Sales team
  • Ongoing analysis to improve the understanding of the business, our customers,
    customer personas, and sales cycles
  • Facilitate and train new and existing Salesforce users
  • Document and validate Sales processes
Who We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years’ experience in revenue/sales operations across diverse sales organizations
  • 3+ years Salesforce experience Preferred
  • Ability to work with global teams and key senior stakeholders in a fast-paced enterprise
  • SaaS sales environment
  • Ability to work with multiple data feeds to generate analysis, Microsoft Excel expert
  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field 
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
