About the Role:

We are looking for a Enterprise Sales Project Manager. This person will report directly to the COO and will work closely with the enterprise sales team. The Enterprise Sales Project Manager role provides project management services primarily to the strategic sales team, which includes planning, researching, organizing, managing, coordinating, and executing activities related to assigned projects to ensure reliable and efficient achievement of project goals. 

The candidate needs to be highly productive while managing multiple responsibilities and projects, able to make informed, timely, and effective business decisions, efficient, reliable, trustworthy with a high level of integrity, self-motivated, an excellent communicator internally and externally, and self-directed.

A Day in The Life of Our Enterprise Sales Project Manager

  • The primary role of the Enterprise Sales Project Manager will be to align Altium’s day-to-day operational processes that give us needed visibility into our goals, progress, and attainment of key revenue and sales objectives.
  • Understand and manage the project risks and measure project performance
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget and manage project changes and their impact on schedules and costs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third parties to flawlessly execute projects.
  • Manage the database and platform, including administration, process changes, and troubleshooting to ensure that teams are working with accurate data and have all needed capabilities to deliver on goals.
  • Manage key Sales Ops projects in partnership with the marketing team, from project setup, to maintenance, and close-out. Ensure accuracy of all relevant data elements.
  • Proactively evaluate analytics to further accelerate revenue.
  • Report on sales variable commission structures.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting.
  • Organize annual sales kick off and quarterly trainings for the sales team.
  • Other administrative support as needed.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 4+ years’ experience in revenue/sales operations across diverse sales organizations
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Experience working with executive teams and handling projects in a fast-paced environment in Enterprise sales.
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills; ability to maintain complete confidentiality
  • With minimal supervision, is able to work efficiently, anticipate needs, and take the initiative to move projects forward
  • Ability to work with multiple data feeds to generate analysis, Microsoft Excel expert
  • Background in SaaS sales environment

The salary range for this role is $90,000- $100,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
