About the Role: 

We are searching for a qualified Enterprise Sales Support Specialist to join our Enterprise sales team. This person will provide support to our Enterprise Account Managers with a primary focus on supporting and driving global software renewals. This person will also provide additional Sales support on an as-required basis.

A Day in The Life of Our Enterprise Sales Support Specialist 
  • Provide necessary support as directed by the Enterprise account managers to ensure that software renewals are quoted, delivered and closed prior to license expiration dates.
  • Follow up with customers about contracts and other questions.
  • Monitoring performance indicators for the Enterprise renewal business.
  • Work directly with the Enterprise SVP to ensure the Enterprise renewal business grows and is scalable.
  • Additional Sales support may be requested on an as-required basis. 


What You’ll Need For This Position:

  • BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus.
  • Experience in developing quotations for software renewals.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems / Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The salary range for this role is $90,000- $110,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
