Your Role and Responsibilities

IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in Enterprise Server technologies including hardware architectures operating systems. And be able to apply their technical skills to plan for develop deliver and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business.

IT Specialists in this job role work with products or solutions based on client hardware and/or operating system software. The primary duty is to be able to implement administer and troubleshoot enterprise system server including operating systems subsystems and system software. A deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and system software is highly desired.

IT Specialists will also be working closely with the client in order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems. An inter-personal skill presentation skill and problem-solving skill would be an advantage

Typical examples of the deliverables are building proof-of-concept solutions with server system technology architecting server solutions to address client requirements and providing incident reports to summarize issues and recommendations to clients

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Skills:
Professional knowledge related to Enterprise system server or storage and operating system.

Communication/Negotiation:
Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
Presenting with purpose and negotiation is a good advantage
Good command in English for skill development and communication with others SME team

Problem Solving:
Recognize job-related problems analyze causes using existing techniques or tools prepare and recommend solution alternatives.

Contribution/Leadership:
Accountable and self-motivating for individual or team results.
Works on professional projects; work is often reviewed for developmental purposes.
Be able to contribute by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements impact customer satisfaction or impact immediate costs or expenses.
