Enterprise Software Engineer

Description:

The goal of the Enterprise Software Engineer is to develop software products to interact with DMP manufactured hardware on an Enterprise Level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong working experience with Eclipse IDE, Java, JavaScript JDBC, Hibernate, Log4J, XML, Apache Tomcat and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with RWT and Remote Application Platform.
• Experience with scaling web applications
• Experience working with API's and other XML and JSON related data sets

Responsibilities:

1. Designs, writes, maintains, tests, and debugs software that is modular, maintainable, and easy to understand.
2. Learns and maintains existing software products.
3. Uses emulators and other tools for software development.
4. Engages in team code inspections and supports DMP coding standards.
5. Document tasks in JIRA and maintain product specifications with Confluence.
6. Work with other staff and colleagues to clarify details and design test plans.
