This role sits at the forefront of enterprise growth in the fast-evolving EV charging and energy management technology space, where software plays a critical role in fleet electrification, infrastructure optimization, and grid efficiency. You will be responsible for driving adoption of a subscription-based charging management platform across enterprise customers including fleets, utilities, municipalities, retailers, and commercial property operators. Working in a high-growth, consultative sales environment, you will manage complex deal cycles from prospecting to close while shaping long-term customer relationships. The role combines strategic enterprise selling, technical solution positioning, and partner ecosystem development. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and channel teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence recurring revenue growth while helping accelerate the transition to cleaner, smarter transportation infrastructure.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to drive adoption of subscription-based EV charging software and expand recurring revenue across new and existing accounts.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Lead consultative engagements with enterprise clients to understand operational needs and position tailored software and energy management solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations, ROI analyses, and product demonstrations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities while ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM management (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and channel partners to align customer requirements with platform capabilities and enhance solution delivery.
- Support strategic partnerships with OEMs, utilities, fleets, and ecosystem partners to expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity while providing feedback to internal teams on product improvements and customer needs.
- 5+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sales experience with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Proven success in subscription-based or recurring revenue sales models, ideally within enterprise or B2B environments.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and structured pipeline management practices.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value and ROI narratives.
- Strong understanding of EV charging, energy systems, IoT, fleet management, or transportation technology is highly desirable.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 50%.
- Competitive base salary range of $120,000–$130,000 USD plus uncapped variable compensation
