The opportunity:

In this fully remote role at ParsleyHealth, you will provide proactive IT support, perform system audits, and ensure the successful implementation of IT and security policies while aiding in service requests like employee onboarding/offboarding and system improvements within a fast-paced, growing environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in implementing all general IT and company security policies and procedures
  • Identify, log, and resolve technical problems utilizing our ticketing system
  • Assist with hardware and software purchasing
  • Assist with service and support requests for a fast pace growing environment
  • Able to store, receive, set up, and ship Mac laptops from home (e.g., onboarding and off-boarding)
  • Identify potential changes and system improvements
  • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines
  • Update and create knowledge-base articles 
  • Collaborate on department projects

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of macOS experience
  • 1+ years of Google Workspace and Okta experience
  • Basic knowledge of Jamf 
  • Basic knowledge of bash
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Employee onboarding/offboarding experience
  • Experience with procurement and inventory control
  • Experience with supporting Slack - Zoom is a plus
  • Familiarity with HIPAA/HITRUST or similar compliance framework preferred
  • Startup experience
  • Have an eagerness to learn and showcase your talents
  • The ability to communicate well with nontechnical end users
  • Understanding of troubleshooting principles with a willingness to continually apply these principles effectively
  • Rotating weekend emergency system outage monitoring and assistance 
  • FreshService ticketing system experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience

Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees.

The starting salary for this role is between $55,250 - $65,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with candidates during the process.
