Enterprise Systems Administrator/Developer
SailPoint, the industry leader in Identity Security, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Admin/Developer for our Enterprise Systems team within its global IT organization. This individual will have extensive experience in systems administration and service management. The successful candidate will bring a strong customer service approach to enhancing and maintaining the security, data and application integrity and performance of our applications. Additionally, this position will participate in the delivery of IT services and projects and ensure internal client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of systems operations, SaaS applications, security, compliance, and the operational aspects of business teams to drive business and IT objectives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of critical business systems including Jira, Confluence, and other business productivity systems. Triaging and resolving production support issues and implementing small enhancement requests.
- Responsible for owning system configuration - configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, scripts, and dashboards.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and policies
- Resolve incoming business incidents and requests in a timely manner, including escalation when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team members.
- Coordinate and monitor all administrative functions for our back-office systems, including the monitoring and coordinating of functional administrators.
- Provide status updates and progress reports on projects and support tasks.
- Support IT compliance requirements, such as SOX, information security, GDPR and others.
- Work with business and project teams to identify root causes of production issues and develop solutions.
- Contributes to cross functional projects that involve integration between back-office applications and other applications.
- Research system issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting needs.
- Look ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work to address them.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 3+ years' experience with systems in scope (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, Miro, etc.)
- At Least 3 years production support experience with Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence)
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience
